As the MCS team continues to grow, it is really amazing the see the diverse backgrounds we all come from.

Adam Macklin joined MCS in February of this year and comes from a unique background in professional rugby. With the 2019 Rugby World Cup, we thought it was the perfect time for Adam to give us a quick rundown of his background and how he has found his transition into recruitment.
