We recruit across the full range of wealth management jobs, from paraplanner and client support through to wealth manager, financial planner, client relationship manager and private client director. We work with private banks, IFA networks, national wealth managers and independent firms across the UK, Ireland and the US.

Senior wealth management hires often require complete discretion on both sides. We approach potential candidates directly and confidentially, without advertising the role or the firm. We manage the process on both sides to ensure that neither the candidate's current employer nor the wider market is aware of the search until both parties are ready to move forward.

For a relationship manager or wealth manager appointment, a focused search typically takes six to ten weeks from brief to offer. The timeline is shaped by the seniority of the role, the importance of client portability and how openly the search can be run. Paraplanner and support roles can typically be filled more quickly.

Most client-facing wealth management roles require Level 4 qualification as a minimum, with Chartered Financial Planner status increasingly expected at senior level. Paraplanner roles typically require Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Requirements vary by firm and role.
