The Role:

As the successful Tax Reserves Manager

• Manage global partner tax reserves, including reconciliations, tax equalisation, year-end reporting, and accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate with international tax teams, partners, CFOs, and external advisors to maintain robust tax reserve processes.
• Drive process improvements through AI and automation while mentoring and supporting junior team members.

What You Need to Succeed:

As the successful Tax Reserves Manager you will have:

• ACA (or equivalent) qualified; CTA, ADIT, or other tax qualification desirable, with Manager-level personal or corporate tax experience.
• Strong General Ledger accounting, analytical, and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player, with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
• Knowledge of tax issues affecting professional partnerships is advantageous.
