Management Accountant - Bangor (Exclusive)

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an organisation based in Bangor as they seek a management accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is a growing business operating within the environmental and property protection sector. The company works with a range of clients, providing practical solutions to help assess and manage risk, protect properties and minimise potential damage. As they are going through a period of growth, they are keen to add an ambitious, highly motivated management accountant.

The Rewards:

As the successful Management Accountant, you will receive:

• £35k-45k base salary + extensive benefits;
• Annual bonus
• Flexibility on start and finish times
• 31 days holiday

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Produce monthly profit and loss reports, balance sheets and supporting schedules
• Prepare and post journals
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial analysis
• Prepare and post payroll journal reconciliations
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Management Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Accounts Technician, OR, Part Qualified /Qualified CIMA/ACCA OR Qualified by Experience
• Team player
• Proactive
• Strong IT skills
