Ruth Cox

Ruth joined MCS Group in 2021 and is a Recruitment Manager within the Accountancy & Finance team.

In her role, Ruth focuses on recruiting for Part Qualified and Transactional finance positions across Belfast and the greater Belfast area, working closely with both candidates and clients to match professionals across roles such as payroll, accounts assistants, credit controllers, and transactional finance managers.

Ruth enjoys delving into the finer details of a professional’s skill set to understand what a candidate's ideal role looks like. She takes time to assess current ability, personal aspirations, and motivations for the future.

Before joining MCS Group, Ruth graduated with a 1st class honours in Business Studies and developed skills such as communication, team work and time management.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
