The Role:

As the successful International Tax Manager

• Manage global partner tax compliance, including international tax reporting, year-end calculations, and UK Double Taxation Relief.
• Advise on cross-border tax matters, withholding tax, and international mobility while identifying and managing tax risks.
• Drive process improvements through AI and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating with global stakeholders and advisors.

What You Need to Succeed:

As the successful International Tax Manager you will have:

• Relevant accounting or tax qualification with Manager-level personal or corporate tax experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-specialists.
• Collaborative and organised, with the ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of international tax issues affecting professional partnerships is desirable.
