MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established Top 10 professional services firm to recruit a Deal Advisory Assistant Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Duties of the Deal Advisory Assistant Manager include:

• Support financial due diligence work for corporate, private equity and lender clients
• Analyse earnings, working capital, cash flow and net debt
• Identify key deal risks, issues and value drivers
• Help prepare due diligence reports and client presentations
• Work closely with Managers and Directors on live transactions
• Build relationships with clients and management teams
• Manage multiple assignments and get involved in business development and team development

What you need to be the Successful Deal Advisory Assistant Manager:

• ACA / ACCA / CFA qualified or equivalent
• Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience preferred
• Strong numerical, analytical and report-writing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments and tight deadlines
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in deals and advisory
• Corporate, private equity or lender transaction experience desirable
