Job Duties of the Audit Assistant Manager include:

• Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Review work and support junior team members.
• Manage budgets, deadlines and audit quality.
• Identify and communicate audit findings and risks.
• Support technical development and business growth.
• Coach and develop trainees and junior staff.

What you need to be the Successful Audit Assistant Manager?

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong audit experience.
• Proven experience managing audits and reviewing work.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
• Confident coaching and developing junior staff.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Experience across SME, public sector or regulated clients desirable.
• CaseWare/Inflo experience advantageous.
• Commercial, organised and proactive approach.
