MCS Group is partnering with a manufacturing organisation to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Accounts Team Leader the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

• Process customer invoices and credit notes
• Receive, verify and process phone payments
• Bank and cash reconciliation
• Apply relevant financial and accounting processes
• Accept, process and update customer orders
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Accounts Assistant will meet the following criteria:

• Two years experience in a previous accounts environment
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Communicate clearly and professional with colleagues
• Strong IT skills.
