With over 35 years of executive experience in international and multi-sector listed companies such as Saietta, Citibank, AT&T, British Gas, Rolls Royce, and BSI, Devyani Vaishampayan’s remarkable leadership consistently drives transformational changeHer extensive international experience honed through work in China, Singapore, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, reflects her global perspective and keen understanding of the digital era. 

Devyani began her journey by achieving a BSc in Physics & Electronics from the University of Mumbai, followed by an MBA in Business Administration and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

Devyani's career has been marked by a series of impressive rolesAs the Remco Chair & NED at Saietta Group Plc, she plays a pivotal role in the design and engineering of e-drive systems for electric vehicles, propelling the industry towards a sustainable future. Saietta's pioneering eDrive solutions not only redefine the electric transportation landscape but also significantly enhance urban air quality worldwide. 

Simultaneously, as Audit Chair and Non-Executive Director at Norman Broadbent Plc, a global Professional Services firm, where she focuses on strategic oversight. Her responsibilities encompass risk management, performance evaluation, and organisational development, contributing to the firm's international success. 

Beyond the boardroom, Devyani's role as CEO of the HR TECH Partnership (composed of FTSE 100 Senior Directors/NED's) signifies her dedication to fostering digital HR start-upsUnder her guidance, the Human Capital Digital Innovation Hub leverages uses disruptive technologies including AI and robotics to redefine leadership, culture, and talent management.  

Devyani's contributions have not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous international accolades. In 2017, Devyani was featured in the Financial Times "Ethnic Minority Leaders List," a testament to her dedication to diversity and inclusive leadership. She has also been named one of the "Top 100 Digital Influencers around the Future of Work" in 2021 and was included in Cranfield Business School’s 2016 list: "FTSE 100 Women to Watch".
