Tara Duffy

Tara joined MCS Group in October 2024 and is a Specialist Recruitment Consultant within the HR team. She works closely with industry clients to support their hiring needs, while also partnering with junior HR professionals as they look to progress their careers. Her role focuses on building strong relationships on both sides, taking the time to understand individual goals and helping to connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Tara specialises in the junior HR market, supporting early-career professionals and organisations looking to develop or strengthen their HR function. She works with a range of businesses across different sectors, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Transport, as they build out their people teams.

She stays engaged with the market through MCS-led initiatives and by attending external events, including those hosted in partnership with CIPD and Women In Business, helping her stay up to date with current trends and insights.

Before joining MCS Group, Tara studied International Business with French at QUB, gaining practical experience through an HR internship.

Outside of work, she enjoys pilates, running, a high UV index, and a good (often overpriced) coffee.
