Senior Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector Contracts

Meghan joined MCS Group in 2023 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and now works as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Public Sector and Charity recruitment. In her role, she partners with a wide range of organisations and candidates, supporting hiring across corporate services functions. Her day-to-day work involves managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement, offering market insight, and ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience. She works closely with clients including Civil Service bodies, local authorities, charities, and educational organisations.

Her market is Public Sector and Not-for-Profit, with a focus on corporate services roles including Accountancy & Finance, HR, Communications & Marketing, Legal, Policy and Research, as well as charity-specific positions across a range of levels. Meghan has strong expertise in public sector and charity frameworks and hiring processes, enabling her to offer practical guidance on how organisations can attract and appoint the right people in a compliant and cost-effective way.

Meghan is actively involved in the sector and has hosted multiple public sector HR and Corporate Services forums, helping to build strong networks and share practical market insight.

Before joining MCS Group, Meghan completed a degree in Business Management from Queen’s University Belfast, including a placement year with The Walt Disney Company in London as a Retail Sales Intern.

She is currently working towards her CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys swimming and running, as well as spending time with friends and family.
