Jack Tyrrell

Jack Tyrrell joined MCS Group in November 2022 and works as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In his role, he supports startups and scaleups across the UK and Ireland, helping them build strong technical teams as they grow. Jack works closely with founders, hiring managers and candidates to understand what each side is looking for and to guide the hiring process from initial conversation through to offer and onboarding. 

Jack specialises in the Software, Data and AI markets. He typically works with growing technology companies that need to hire engineers, data specialists and technical leaders who can make an immediate impact as the business scales.

Alongside his recruitment work, Jack is actively involved in the tech community. He hosts events and roundtables for senior leaders in Ireland focused on software, data and AI, and also runs a podcast for startups called The Tech Blueprint Podcast, where he speaks with founders and industry leaders about building and scaling technology companies.

Before joining MCS Group, Jack worked as an Aftersales Advisor with BMW. Outside of work, Jack enjoys football (Manchester United), watching films and trying out new restaurants as a self-confessed foodie.
