Fran Coyle

Fran is the Compliance Manager at MCS Group, where she oversees recruitment compliance, and operational processes across the business. Fran first joined MCS in 2012 and worked on Reception and in Office Management before being promoted Compliance in 2021.

She is now responsible for ensuring the company maintains the highest standards in areas such as GDPR, ISO compliance, and internal governance, as well as training staff in these important areas. Fran played a key role in supporting MCS to achieve ISO 14001 accreditation in 2023 and continues to support the annual maintenance of ISO 9001 standards. She works closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure the business runs efficiently and delivers a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.

Prior to joining MCS Group, Fran worked as a chef, gaining experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments across the UK. This background helped develop her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities - qualities she brings to her role in compliance today.

In her spare time, Fran still enjoys cooking, experimenting with (and drinking) cocktail recipes, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.
