Chris Busby

Chris is Associate Director for IT Recruitment, leading on senior appointments within technology across Northern Ireland. Alongside working on senior roles, Chris takes lead on our Tech inward investment projects and supports our high-growth technology clients scale across Northern Ireland.

Relationship driven, Chris has a really strong network and is active in MCS Group's meet-ups. For the last 12 months he has organised and ran MCS' Build Better series, a closed networking group for Tech Leaders in NI.

Having joined MCS Group in 2013, Chris previously worked as a butcher after graduating with a Masters in Modern History from QUB.

A proud father of two boys, my spare time is focused on them with some time made for music (big vinyl collector), food (suffering sourdough baker) and craft beer enthusiast.
