MCS Group are delighted to be supporting Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and implementation of the asset management system.

MCS Group are proud to be partnering with this organisation in their search for a Services System and Data Officer. This opportunity is ideal for those with experience in a similar role focusing on asset management systems, administrative support, stakeholder engagement and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• To implement and develop and asset management software system and ensure continued improvements in relation to functionality.
• To work with the wider team and stakeholders to respond to changing needs and improvement processed.
• To ensure standard asset management and energy data reports are provided to all stakeholders and service areas particularly specifically for site energy management to support departmental targets.
• Monitor energy data on a monthly basis and initiatie measures to resolve issues and ensure systems are operating at an optimum level.

Essential Criteria:

• A Degree of Equivalent in Business Information Systems, Facilities Management or Energy Management.
• 2 Years relevant experience in each of the following

Operating and Administering an Asset Management System

Dealing with challenging system queries and advising both internal and external stakeholders
