Senior Technician

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Senior Production Technician/Operator for our successful client, a leading global manufacturing company based in Larne.

As the Senior Production Operator, you will:

• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate staffing to achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor and report rejected product and production issues.
• Ensure batch documentation, logbooks and reconciliation records are completed accurately and on time.
• Allocate materials and complete relevant stock reconciliation documentation.
• Support and guide colleagues to achieve operational and quality objectives.

You will have:

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime.
• Previous experience in a team-leading or senior operator capacity would be advantageous.
• Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
