Registration Controller (SEMO)

Registration Controller (Energy sector) based in Belfast

An exciting opportunity for a Registration Controller to join a specialist team supporting the all-island electricity market. This permanent Belfast-based role offers the chance to drive process improvements, solve operational challenges and contribute to the future of Ireland's energy sector, with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day registration activities across electricity and capacity markets.
• Investigate operational queries and recommend solutions.
• Support process improvement, automation and project delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities and engage with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant third-level qualification or at least 2 years' relevant experience, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or automation.
• Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a commitment to quality delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, work collaboratively and use initiative to deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• A proactive approach to innovation, continuous improvement and professional development.
