Recruitment officer

Resourcing Officer | Permanent | Hybrid

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Resourcing Officer for their growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to join a collaborative team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across specialist engineering roles.

The main responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for different engineering disciplines.
• Source and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews and managing the candidate journey.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.

The ideal candidate

• A minimum of two year's recruitment experience.
• Experience gained within an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment environment.
• Recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or FMCG sectors.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
