Production Team Leader (Belfast)

Are you an experienced production supervisor ready to take the next step in your leadership career?

MCS Group is looking for a Production Team Leader to join a growing high-tech manufacturing business in Belfast, leading and developing a team while driving performance, quality and continuous improvement

You will lead and motivate the production team day-to-day, coordinating workloads, supporting training, monitoring output and driving high standards across safety, quality and delivery.

Working closely with Production, Engineering and Administration teams, you'll help improve processes, meet customer lead times and support the continued growth of the operation.

What you'll need:

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) with 3+ years' relevant high-tech production experience, or ONC/OND with 5+ years' experience
• Manufacturing/production experience
• Experience leading, supporting and training technical teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• A positive, hands-on can-do attitude
