Process Technician

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing business based in Larne.

This role is ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining excellent safety standards.

As the Process Technician you will:

• Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures.
• Set up machinery.
• Carry out product quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Accurately record production data, downtime and scrap.
• Report machine faults, defects and safety concerns promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction activities.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work shifts where required.
• A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
