MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a nationwide wealth organisation as they look to appoint a Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Fleet.

The Company:

Our client are a rapidly growing, UK wide wealth management firm, that provide holistic financial advice to both individuals and businesses.

The firm operates as a nationwide network of financial advice practices, combining experienced financial advisers with regulatory support to deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

As the successful Paraplanner you will receive:

• A base salary of £40,000 - £45,000
• Potential for hybrid working
• Other extensive benefits

The Role:

The successful Paraplanner will be responsible for:

• Analysing data, researching and building recommendations
• Creating accurate reports for clients
• Valuations, quotations, providing administrative support to clients and advisors.
• Managing workflows and time scales
• Training mentoring trainee paraplanners and administrators
• Dealing with complex cases

The Person:

The successful Paraplanner will meet the following criteria:

• Have a Diploma in regulated financial planning
• Experience within a wealth management environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing factors
