MCS Group are proud to be partnering with an organisation in their search for an Organisation Development Officer. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced organisation development or HR professional with a passion for employee engagement, leadership development, organisational change, and delivering innovative learning initiatives.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of the Organisation Development Business Plan through a range of employee engagement, wellbeing and learning initiatives.
  • Design, coordinate and evaluate learning and development programmes, leadership initiatives and organisational development projects.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent development.
  • Develop and deliver employee engagement activities, wellbeing programmes and internal communication initiatives.
  • Research best practice, analyse organisational data and prepare reports with recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate learning records and source external training providers within budget.
  • Support the development of talent management, succession planning and employee attraction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential:

  • A relevant third level qualification in a business-related discipline and Associate CIPD (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in an Organisation Development, Learning & Development or HR role delivering engagement, wellbeing or organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or development programmes, including innovative or digital learning approaches.
