Maintenance Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a range of production equipment and machinery. You will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Multi-skilled, mechanical, or electrical maintenance background.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship preferred
