Logistics Coordinator

MCS Group is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for our highly successful manufacturing client based in Lisburn.

We're looking for an experienced Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator to manage the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will be based in Lisburn and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

In this key role, you will coordinate inbound freight, manage customs and TSS processes, liaise with freight forwarders and shipping partners, monitor shipments, and ensure goods arrive on time, compliantly, and cost-effectively. You'll work closely with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance teams while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The successful candidate:

• At least 3 years' experience in inbound logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multi-site inbound freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of TSS, customs processes, and GB-NI duty reimbursement.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.

Experience in imports, HMRC regulations, or FMCG/manufacturing is advantageous.
