I am working with one of the most recognised names in global media and entertainment and am delighted to be partnering exclusively with them on the search for an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month day-rate contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-profile environment, supporting users across multiple international locations while playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of their IT services.

Responsibilities:
* End-user support across desktop, hardware, software and networking issues
* Supporting both onsite and remote users through ticketing, desk-side and remote support
* Troubleshooting Windows and Mac environments
* Assisting with AV and video conferencing technology, including large-scale meetings and events
* Providing hands-on support across office technology infrastructure when required

Requirements:
* Strong IT support experience in a corporate environment
* Experience supporting both Windows and Mac users
* Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
* Experience with AV technologies and meeting room support
* Ability to work independently in a busy, high-demand environment
