Investment Manager

MCS are recruiting for an leading Investment Management company as they look to add a manager to their Belfast office.

The Role:

As the successful Investment Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of EIS and SEIS funds
• Overseeing investor onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and investor categorisation
• Drafting and reviewing Information Memoranda and other investor documentation
• Supporting compliance monitoring and record-keeping in line with FCA requirements, including COBS and AIFM rules
• Liaising with fund managers and Appointed Representatives on deal flow, reporting and investor queries

The Person:

As the successful Investment Manager you meet the following criteria:

• Experience in EIS/SEIS investment management, venture investing, or patient capital
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and the AIFM framework
• IMC qualification (or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent written communication skills and experience producing investor documentation
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
