Ready to play a key role in managing complex HR cases and working across a range of stakeholders? This is an opportunity to join a busy team where you'll coordinate Employment Tribunal cases, provide insight and analysis, and support effective case progression from start to finish.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate Employment Tribunal cases, ensuring key milestones and actions are progressed.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to support effective case management.
  • Review and analyse case issues, identifying risks and appropriate actions.
  • Prepare briefings, responses, submissions and management information.
  • Attend meetings and Tribunal Hearings, ensuring relevant information is available and actions are captured.
  • Provide regular updates, analysis and reporting on case progression.
  • Support effective decision-making through business insight, case analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree-level qualification.
  • Experience developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience dealing with Employment Law and employee relations cases, including Discipline, Grievance or Dignity at Work.
  • Ability to analyse information, identify issues and make recommendations.
  • Ability to manage and progress complex cases or work streams effectively.
