Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your HR and employee relations experience to manage complex cases? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team, with flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week, supporting Employment Tribunal cases and working closely with a range of stakeholders.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate Employment Tribunal cases, ensuring key milestones, deadlines and actions are progressed effectively.
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to support the smooth progression of complex cases.
  • Review case information, identify potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Prepare briefings, submissions, responses and management information as required.
  • Attend relevant meetings and Tribunal Hearings, ensuring key information is available and actions are clearly recorded.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on case progress, risks and emerging issues.
  • Use case analysis and business insight to support effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree-level qualification.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with Employment Law and employee relations matters, including Discipline, Grievance or Dignity at Work cases.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information, identify issues and make recommendations.
  • Experience managing and progressing complex cases or work streams.
