HR Advisor

HR Advisor | Antrim | 12-month FTC

MCS Group is partnering with an established organisation to recruit an HR Advisor for a varied role combining employee engagement, L&D and generalist HR support.

The role

• Coordinate employee communications, well being initiatives and engagement events.
• Create content for the internal communication platform.
• Support L&D, recruitment and on boarding.
• Advise on routine employee relations matters and report on HR metrics.
• Delivery of induction presentations.

About you

• Experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• An interest in employee communications and engagement, including creating content and promoting events.
• Experience supporting routine employee relations matters.
• Confidence using HR systems, analysing data and reporting on HR KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate activity across stakeholders.
• Proven experience with NI Employment Law.
