Head of Sales

We are recruiting a Head of Sales for a well-established food manufacturing and wholesale business operating across Northern Ireland and ROI.

This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for both internal and field sales teams. The focus is simple: grow sales, improve margin, win new customers and create a more proactive sales culture.

The Role

• Lead and develop the sales team

• Drive new business across NI and ROI

• Grow existing key accounts

• Improve revenue, margin and profitability

• Set clear KPIs and raise sales performance

• Manage major customer relationships

• Work closely with the MD and wider leadership team

About You

• Strong sales leadership background

• Proven record of commercial growth

• Confident new business developer

• Experienced managing and motivating sales teams

• Commercially strong around pricing, margin and profitability

• Food, FMCG, foodservice or manufacturing experience preferred

Bakery or food ingredients experience would be particularly attractive.

This could suit an established Head of Sales or a high-performing Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager ready to step up.
