General Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across Ireland, UK and Europe as they look to add a General Manager to their team in this full-time, permanent opportunity.

This is an opportunity for an experienced operations leader to shape business strategy, win new clients and develop a high-performing team within an expanding international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Win new business and develop long-term relationships with key clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
• Lead and develop recruitment, resourcing, account management and compliance teams.
• Take ownership of revenue, margins, forecasting and operational performance.
• Develop and deliver growth strategies across established and emerging markets.
• Ensure recruitment delivery and compliance meet client and project requirements.

About You

• Senior leadership experience within operations, recruitment, and people leadership.
• A proven record of winning business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing revenue, margins and profitability.
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or data centre markets.
