MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance function in a commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior operational leaders and gaining exposure to a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities.

The Rewards:

As the successful Financial Analyst, you will receive:

• £50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
• Annual bonus (10%);
• Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);

The Role:

As the successful Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for:

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning cycles;
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand spending trends and business activity;
• Supporting R&D financial analysis and R&D spend reporting;
• Continuous improvement of financial controls & processes;
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience;
• Strong IT and Advanced Excel skills;
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
