MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for its corporate finance team in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a global, innovation-led technology and manufacturing organisation with an international presence. With continued investment in innovation, advanced manufacturing and research and development, the organisation is undergoing significant growth and transformation.

This is a highly visible role, partnering with IT and other senior leaders to manage operating costs and provide analysis that supports business decisions.

The Rewards:

As the successful Finance Business Partner, you will receive:

• £50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
• Annual bonus (10%);
• Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);

The Role:

As the successful Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting IT and wider leadership teams with annual budgets and forecast cycles;
• Managing month-end journals, accruals and analysis of expenditure against budget and forecast;
• Reviewing vendor invoices and purchase requisitions to ensure accurate cost allocation;
• Liaise with key stakeholders to review costs, explain variances and improve financial processes;
• Preparing ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership;

The Person:

The successful Finance Business Partner will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
• Strong budgeting/forecasting or FP&A experience;
• Strong communication & stakeholder management experience;
• Strong IT & advanced excel skills.
