The Role:

Reporting into the finance team, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

• Processing and registering customer and supplier invoices;

• Maintaining accurate customer and supplier accounts;

• Reconciling customer and supplier statements and resolving queries;

• Processing supplier payments and administering purchase orders;

• Completing company credit card reconciliations and posting associated transactions;

• Processing petty cash and inter-company account recharges;

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures;

• Other Ad-hoc responsibilities outlined in the job description

The Person:

The successful Finance Assistant will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within an industry-based finance environment;

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel;

• Experience using accounting or ERP systems;

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
