Finance Assistant - Dundalk
MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing technology and infrastructure organisation to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their finance team in Dundalk.

The Company:
Our client is a technology and infrastructure business specialising in data-centre solutions. They provide services across the design, installation and maintenance of electrical, networking, cabling, security and cooling systems, supporting businesses in building and operating reliable, high-performance data centres.

The Rewards:
As the successful Finance Assistant, you will receive:
* Up to €40,000 salary (DOE)
* 6% employer pension contribution;
* Statutory holidays, increasing with length of service;

The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
* Managing the accounts payable function;
* Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently;
* Managing banking activities and reconciliations;
* Posting payments and maintaining accurate financial records;
* Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:
The successful Accounts Payable Administrator will meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience within an accounts payable or transactional finance role;
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
* Good understanding of financial processes and payment procedures;
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel;
