ER Advisor - Belfast - Hybrid
The Opportunity
MCS Group is partnering with a large, multi site service organisation to recruit an experienced ER Advisor.
This role offers varied, hands-on casework within a supportive HR team and exposure to a large front line workforce.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing grievances, investigations, disciplinaries and dismissals.
- Conducting investigations and producing clear reports, outcomes and recommendations.
- Advising managers on ER procedures, employment legislation and best practice.
- Supporting absence, performance, capability, TUPE and organisational change matters.
- Managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced operational environment.
About You
You should offer:
- Practical experience managing grievances and workplace investigations, supported by a sound understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
- Experience writing investigation reports and reaching balanced conclusions.
- Confidence advising and challenging managers on complex ER matters.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- CIPD is desirable.
