Data Delivery Lead

Initial 12-Month Day Rate Contract (Long-Term)

I'm working exclusively with a client on a major international transformation programme and they are looking to bring on an experienced Data Programme Manager / Data Delivery Lead to play a key role in one of the largest data transformation programmes currently getting underway in Ireland.

This is a genuinely high-profile engagement, delivering a large-scale enterprise data programme. You'll sit at the heart of the delivery, acting as the bridge between senior stakeholders, technical delivery teams and third-party technology partners, ensuring the programme remains on track from discovery through to implementation.

The Role

You'll take ownership of programme delivery across a complex data transformation, working alongside senior leadership to:

• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise data programme

• Build and manage senior client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate multiple delivery teams across Ireland and offshore

• Drive programme governance, planning and execution

• Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks and dependencies

• Work closely with technical architects and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery

• Coordinate delivery between the client, consulting teams and software implementation partners

• Ensure milestones, timelines and budgets remain on track

What You'll Need

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager who has successfully delivered complex enterprise data programmes.

You'll ideally have experience across:

• Large-scale data transformation programmes

• Enterprise data migration

• Data quality and governance

• Data modelling

• Systems integration

• Technical programme delivery

• Senior stakeholder management

• Managing geographically distributed delivery teams

You'll be technically credible, with the ability to engage confidently with architects and engineering teams, whilst remaining focused on programme delivery and client engagement.

A background in Data Engineering is preferred, although strong technical Programme Managers from similar environments will also be considered.

Technical:

Experience with some of the following would be highly beneficial:

• AWS

• AWS Integration Services

• SAP IS-U

• SAP CRM

• SAP C4C

• SAP Billing

Previous experience delivering Kraken Technologies implementations would be a significant advantage, although this is recognised as a very niche skillset and is by no means essential.
