Customer Master Data Scheduler/Supply Planner

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Master Data Specialist to join a global manufacturing organisation with an office in County Antrim.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate customer master data
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of Master Data tools and processes
• Working closely with Sales and commercial teams to understand the end-to-end sales process
• Using SAP to manage and maintain customer-related information
• Supporting demand planning and ensuring master data aligns with business requirements
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure customer data is complete, accurate and up to date

About You

• Experience managing and maintaining Customer Master Data
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Experience implementing or supporting Master Data tools and systems
• A good understanding of the end-to-end sales process
• Experience working with demand planning
