Credit Controller

As the successful Credit Controller, you will receive:

The Role

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Chasing outstanding debt
• Reducing debtor days across a varied customer portfolio
• Managing held orders while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Reviewing complex customer accounts and resolving account queries efficiently.

The Person

The successful Credit Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in credit control or a customer-facing role with finance exposure
• Confident and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn and develop
