Communications and Campaign Lead

Belfast | £37,694 - £38,990 | 6-month FTC

Are you an experienced marketing and communications professional with a passion for delivering engaging campaigns and connecting with audiences? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of external marketing activity, leading multi-channel campaigns and promoting a diverse portfolio of visitor attractions.

MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a well-established cultural and visitor attraction organisation in its search for a Marketing & Communications Officer on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.

The Role:

• Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of creative, multi-channel external marketing campaigns to increase audience engagement and visitor numbers.

• Coordinate campaigns across digital advertising, social media, print, email marketing, media partnerships and third-party promotions.

• Develop engaging marketing content, creative briefs and promotional materials across multiple brands.

• Manage relationships with external media, creative and advertising agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.

• Build relationships with external partners, cultural organisations and destination marketing teams to maximise promotional opportunities.

• Oversee website and social media content, monitoring campaign performance, budgets and KPIs.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a Marketing Executive, ensuring activity meets objectives and deadlines.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in a similar marketing or communications role, delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

• Strong experience in digital marketing, external communications and social media campaign management.

• Experience planning and monitoring digital advertising campaigns.

• Knowledge of creative production processes, including design, print and commissioning.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with external agencies and partners.

The Package:

• Salary of £37,694 - £38,990 per annum.

• Initial six-month fixed-term contract.

• 37-hour working week.
