Commerical Manager - Belfast - 55/60K

We're working exclusively with an established print and media business who are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships and getting the best out of a small commercial team.

The role is at first a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential for it to become permanent for the right person.

What will you be doing?

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day commercial performance of the business, working closely with the senior management team.

Your role will include:

• Managing and motivating a small commercial team
• Setting sales targets and helping the team achieve them
• Bringing in new business and growing existing accounts
• Managing your own portfolio of customers
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers
• Identifying new opportunities to grow sales and revenue
• Supporting and developing members of the sales team
• Keeping the team focused on performance and results

You should be someone who:

• Enjoys developing new business and opening new accounts
• Is confident building relationships with customers
• Has strong sales experience
• Can motivate a team and get the best from people
• Is comfortable managing performance and having difficult conversations when needed
• Is commercially aware and understands what drives revenue
