MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a leading public sector organisation in their search for an experienced Change Manager. This opportunity is ideal for a senior change professional with experience delivering transformation, developing change strategies, engaging diverse stakeholders and supporting organisations through complex business and technology change.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate business change activities across a major regional transformation programme.
• Develop and deliver strategic change management plans aligned to programme objectives.
• Assess change impacts, organisational readiness and requirements across people, processes and technology.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and mobilisation across diverse internal and external teams.
• Identify and manage risks, resistance and barriers to successful change adoption.
• Deliver focus groups, workshops and training to support organisational change and embed new ways of working.
• Monitor change outcomes, measure success and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential:

• Relevant degree/professional qualification with business change experience at middle management level, or extensive change management experience at this level.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change and change management plans.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across diverse internal and external groups.
• Proven project management experience.
