Business Development Manager - Road Freight

Belfast | £42,500-£50,000 + Uncapped Commission + £5,308 Car Allowance

We're recruiting for an established international logistics business seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Belfast team.

This is a genuine new-business role, focused on generating your own leads, cold calling, winning new customers and growing revenue across an allocated territory.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in road freight, logistics or freight forwarding
• Proven new-business / BDM experience
• Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
• A driven, commercially focused approach
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence

What's on offer:

• £42,500-£50,000 basic
• Uncapped commission
• £5,308 car allowance
• Company car potentially available
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
