  • Troubleshooting technical issues and completing root-cause analysis.
  • Developing and enhancing business applications in line with operational requirements.
  • Designing, implementing and supporting integrations using APIs, web services, EDI and file-transfer technologies.
  • Developing automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Working with third-party suppliers to review technical solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into practical technical improvements.
  • Supporting systems across ERP, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, HR, payroll and reporting.
  • Maintaining clear system and technical documentation.

What You'll Need

  • Experience supporting and improving business applications.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience working with an ERP platform, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable system.
  • Experience integrating applications through APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI, web services or secure file transfers.
  • The ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor and communication skills.

Experience with any of the following would be particularly beneficial:

  • Business Central development, AL or application extensions.
  • Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI services.
  • Manufacturing, logistics, supply-chain or FMCG systems.
  • WMS, LIMS, payroll or operational reporting platforms.

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to approximately £50,000, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working with three days on-site and two days remotely.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company pension.
  • Life assurance.
