I'm recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join a growing Irish SaaS business as it begins a significant programme of change across its systems, processes and data.

The programme will introduce a new enterprise CRM and BI platform while improving how data is managed, shared and used across the organisation.

This role will suit someone who can step into a complex, cross-functional environment, quickly understand how the business operates and bring structure to the change. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR and Engineering, ensuring each area is represented throughout the programme.

Dublin | Hybrid - one day per week onsite

What will you be responsible for?

  • Take ownership of the business analysis workstream from discovery through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and establish clear business priorities
  • Assess existing processes and design practical future-state ways of working
  • Turn business needs into clear, prioritised requirements for delivery teams and external partners
  • Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate them
  • Ensure the CRM solution supports the full customer journey and the needs of each business function
  • Establish the organisation's requirements for management information, dashboards and KPIs
  • Help define data ownership, governance, quality standards and consistent business definitions
  • Support data migration, system integration, reconciliation and validation
  • Coordinate UAT and ensure users are prepared for the introduction of new systems and processes
  • Maintain alignment between business expectations, technical delivery and programme objectives

What experience will you need?

  • Senior-level Business Analysis experience within complex transformation programmes
  • Delivery experience involving enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong workshop facilitation, process analysis and requirements management skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Exposure to BI, reporting or analytics transformation
  • A good understanding of data migration, integration, governance and quality
  • Experience supporting testing, readiness, training and adoption
  • The confidence to challenge stakeholders, manage competing priorities and keep delivery focused on business value

Experience within a SaaS or technology-led organisation would be particularly relevant. Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash or end-to-end customer lifecycle processes would also be advantageous.

This is a genuinely influential role where you'll help determine how the business operates moving forward, with direct exposure to senior leadership and ownership across a transformation programme that will support the organisation's continued growth.
