6-Month Day-Rate Contract

We are working with an established Belfast organisation looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of change and transformation projects.

This is a hands-on role within a developing Change function, supporting projects from initial discovery and planning through to delivery, testing and implementation.

The successful person must be based in Belfast and able to work onsite three days per week.

What you'll be doing

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements

• Running stakeholder workshops and supporting project discovery

• Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables

• Mapping current and future-state business processes

• Supporting project prioritisation, planning, cost and resource estimation

• Helping shape business cases and project documentation

• Creating test plans and supporting UAT activity

• Working across multiple concurrent change initiatives

• Translating business needs into clear, deliverable outcomes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change, transformation or project environments

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping experience

• Comfortable managing stakeholders at different levels of the business

• Experience supporting projects from early-stage discovery through to delivery

• Strong testing and UAT experience

• Able to challenge ideas constructively and bring structure to unclear project requirements

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider Change team

• 6-month day-rate contract

• Belfast

• Three days onsite per week

• Immediate start required
