Branch Manager - Dublin

€65,000 basic DOE
Uncapped commission - realistic OTE €80,000+

We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of a busy Dublin showroom and trade outlet. This is a hands-on player-manager position, combining team leadership, branch operations and personal sales responsibility.

You will be responsible for driving overall branch performance while also working towards your own individual sales targets and KPIs. The role involves managing both retail/showroom customers and trade accounts, alongside leading and developing the branch sales team.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a sales-focused team
• Take ownership of branch sales performance, targets and KPIs
• Personally contribute to sales and customer development
• Manage day-to-day showroom and branch operations
• Build relationships with retail customers, trade accounts, designers and developers
• Use sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Maintain high standards across customer service, stock, presentation and branch operations

What We're Looking For

You will ideally come from a sales-led retail, showroom, trade counter or branch management environment and have a track record of delivering results through both your own performance and the performance of your team.

You should have:

• Proven sales management experience
• Experience managing, coaching and motivating a team
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Commercial awareness and confidence using performance data
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
