Are you an HR professional with experience in employee benefits, HR operations or reward and looking for your next opportunity within a global organisation?
We're delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established HR function and play a key role in delivering competitive, compliant and employee-focused benefits across the UK and wider European region.
The Role
As Benefits Specialist, you'll support the management and development of employee benefits programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with both business and employee needs.
You'll work closely with HR colleagues, internal stakeholders and external providers, while also taking ownership of benefits-related projects and initiatives across the region.
The key responsibilities
- Support the review and development of employee benefits programmes across the UK and wider European region.
- Coordinate benefits including healthcare, life, accident, disability, pensions and other locally relevant benefits.
- Manage benefits-related projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and key actions.
- Support complex employee benefits queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Prepare benefits survey submissions and analyse market data to support benchmarking activities.
- Analyse benefits costs, trends and programme changes to support business decisions and budget planning.
- Develop clear and engaging communications around benefits, enrolment and policy changes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure benefits are delivered effectively.
- Ensure employee and provider information is accurate, confidential and managed in line with relevant requirements.
- Support the ongoing development of benefits programmes as the organisation continues to grow internationally.
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in an employee benefits focused role, or managing employee benefits responsibilities
- CIPD qualification, or degree in HR or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with reports, market data and multiple projects.
- High attention to detail, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with HR systems or benefits platforms would be advantageous.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
