Assistant Group Security Manager (Property)

Assistant Group Security Manager (Property & Infrastructure) role based in Belfast. Immediate/urgent contract on offer.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced security professional with a strong contract management background to join a large, multi-site organisation in Belfast as Assistant Group Security Manager.

Working closely with the Group Security Manager, you will support the effective management of security operations across multiple sites, helping to maintain high standards of safety, security, compliance and service delivery. This is a varied role combining operational security management with risk assessment, contractor oversight, incident management and stakeholder engagement.

You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day security operations, ensuring that security arrangements remain effective, compliant and responsive to changing risks and legislation.

About You

You will be an experienced security professional with a strong understanding of security operations, risk management and compliance required to support a large property/infrastructure portfolio. You will be organised, confident dealing with a range of stakeholders and capable of managing competing priorities in a busy operational environment.

• Strong experience gained in security operations/management or a similar role.
• An HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of managing or overseeing security operations, contractors or service provision.
• Experience in data collection, reporting and budget management.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
